2 bedroom cabins with cooking facilities - $149 per night

Double bed cabin - $89 per night

Queen bed cabin - $89 per night

Motel Rooms:

King Sized Bed - $99 per night

2 Single Beds in one room - $99 per night

How to Book:

Attendees MUST BOOK THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION with the venue.

Call (02) 4721 7713 and ask for Kathy or Kim.

Say you are booking a room for MEDTREK from the block booking.

Provide them with the date of your check in and check out.

Deposit: One night's accommodation must be paid for at the time of booking.

Book by: 15th May 2017

Balance is due by: 14th July 2017.

Refunds:

If you cancel your room booking after 14th July, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged by the venue.

Bookings for accommodation are still open to the end of the month for people attending Medtrek.

Come on, guys, we've got lots planned and need some bodies to attend.

There are still 26 cabins for those who want space to party and make their own breakfasts. There are also motel style accommodations still available.
